How do I get started?
Simply purchase the service that fits your needs. After checkout, you'll receive instructions on how to schedule your session or provide the access needed to get started.
Do you offer in-person services?
All of our services are delivered virtually via phone or video call, making it easy and convenient no matter where you're located.
Consultations
What is the Intro Call?
The Intro Call is a 15–20 minute session designed for clients who have general business questions or need quick advice. It's a great first step before committing to a longer consultation. The cost is $15.
What can I expect from a 1-Hour Business Consultation?
Our 1-hour consultation is a deep-dive session tailored to your specific business needs. We can cover business strategy, marketing, operations, planning, and more. The cost is $90.
How do I schedule my consultation after purchasing?
After your purchase is confirmed, you'll receive an email with instructions to schedule your session at a time that works for you.
Shopify Services
What does the Shopify Back Office Setup include?
We configure your store's essential back office settings including payments, shipping, taxes, policies, navigation, product organization, and basic theme settings. Pricing starts at $225 and may increase based on the number of products and variants in your store.
What does the Shopify Training Class cover?
Our training class walks you through everything you need to know to manage your Shopify store — from adding products and customizing your theme to setting up payments and understanding your analytics. No prior experience required.
Do I need to have a Shopify account before purchasing setup services?
It helps to have one, but it's not required. We can guide you through getting started as part of the setup process.
Domain & Email Setup
What platforms do you use for domain and email setup?
We use GoDaddy for domain registration and management, and Google Workspace for professional business email setup.
Will I have my own branded email address?
Yes! After setup, you'll have a professional email address like you@yourbusiness.com connected to your domain.
Payments & Refunds
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout. PayPal may also be available at checkout.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our digital services, we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been made. If you have questions before purchasing, please contact us first.
